Email Sending Guide
Email Types
Before sending emails, you need to confirm the email type:
- Verification/Notification Emails: For sending verification codes, notifications, and other transactional emails
- Marketing Emails: For sending marketing promotions, event notifications, and other marketing emails
Preparation Before Sending
Before using the email sending API, please ensure the following preparations are completed:
1. Account Setup
- ✅ Register a uSpeedo account
- ✅ Account balance > 0 (ensure sufficient balance to send emails)
2. Domain Configuration
- ✅ Configure Sending Domain: Configure and verify the sending domain in the console
- ✅ Configure Tracking Domain: Set up email tracking domain (optional, for email open and click tracking)
3. Template Preparation (when using templates)
- ✅ Create Email Template: Create email templates in the console or via API
- ✅ Template Approved: Ensure templates are approved and ready to use
Sending Methods
uSpeedo provides three email sending methods:
1. Console Sending
Send emails directly through the uSpeedo Console, suitable for:
- Quick testing of email sending functionality
- Sending small volumes of emails
- Users unfamiliar with APIs
2. HTTP API Sending
Send emails via RESTful API, suitable for:
- Integration into existing systems
- Batch email sending
- Automated email sending

- 📧 Sender Address: Must use sender email addresses configured and verified in the console
- 📝 Email Content: Supports HTML format, ensure content complies with email service standards
- 📊 Batch Sending: Maximum 100 recipients per request
- 🔍 Send Status: Query email sending status using the returned
SessionNo - ⚠️ Limitations:
- Verification/Notification emails: No special restrictions
- Marketing emails: Must comply with relevant laws and regulations to avoid being marked as spam
