Upgrade

This guide supports users easily recharge and upgrade your uSpeedo account to fully apply advanced features.

Before you start, please ensure you are logged into a valid uSpeedo account.

Guide Overview

1. Access the Billing Menu

  • In the top right corner, click on the email address section to view the drop-down menu for personal settings.
  • Click on "Billing," which will automatically take you to the "Payments" tab.

2. Add Payment Method

  • On the “Payment,“ click “Add Payment Method” to proceed to the payment method addition page:
    • Credit Card: Enter detailed information about your credit card and click “Confirm” to save the information.
    • Email Address: Enter your email address to receive notifications and verification details from uSpeedo.
    • Bank Transfer: Directly transfer to the bank account listed by uSpeedo.

3. Recharge Your Account

  • After adding a valid credit card or completing an bank transfer, return to the “Payment.”
  • The amount you recharge via bank account will be directly shown in your uSpeedo account balance.
  • Click “Balance Recharge” to deduct the amount from your credit card. Your uSpeedo account will be credited with the specified amount.

4. Subscription Upgrade

  • Click on the “Subscription” to view your current plan and other essential details.
  • Click the “Upgrade” button to see different subscription plans and their details. Select the plan that suits your needs and click “UPGRADE NOW”.
    • You may opt for annual payment to receive more favorable pricing.
    • Review your subscription details and click “PAY NOW” to complete the subscription upgrade.
  • Your subscription will be updated to the new plan, enabling additional feature access based on the plan level.
