SMS&Email

SMS & Email offer a powerful tool for effectively creating, managing, and executing marketing campaigns through AI-generated content.

Before starting, ensure you are logged into a valid uSpeedo account and access the Marketing — Marketing Plans — SMS & Email from the navigation bar.

Guide Overview​

1. Create a New Campaign​

  • Click “Create Campaign” to start. Enter basic information in the popup:
    • Name: Custom name for your campaign.
    • Target: Choose “Acquisition” or “Activation”.
    • Channel: Select either SMS or Email.
  • Click “Create” to proceed.

2. Choose a Generation Method​

  • Select “With AI Generator” or “From scratch” to create marketing content based on specific needs.
  • Click “Back to my marketing campaign list” to return to the previous step.

3. Generate and Edit Content​

  • With AI Generator:
    • After filling out required fields (marked with red asterisks), click “GENERATE DRAFT” to generate copy matching your specifications. Preview the copy on the right side.
    • Click “Save” to save the copy as a draft and automatically return to campaign list.
    • Click “Open In Editor” to customize the copy further.
  • From scratch:
    • Input your copy into the editor, which may include text, images, and more.

4. Set Sending Options​

  • The edit page shows a preview and specific sending information:
    • Choose the AI suggested schedule or customize your own.
    • Enter your sender ID, which will appear to recipients.
    • Add recipients, which must be uploaded and organized in Contacts and Groups beforehand.
  • Click “Save” to store the current settings as a draft and revisit the campaign list.
  • Click “Edit” to revise any previous settings.
  • Click “Apply” to execute the campaign based on the provided details.

5. View Campaign​

  • Access the campaign list to see all campaigns. Each is listed in its own row with essential status details:
  • Sent campaigns are marked as “Applied,” while unsent campaigns are marked as “Draft.”
  • To access additional actions, click the popup in the top right corner of the campaign bar:
    • For applied campaigns: Preview, Copy Campaign, Delete.
    • For draft campaigns: Edit Campaign, Schedule, Preview, Copy Campaign, Delete.
