FAQ
Full SMTP-level verification is currently supported for major providers including gmail.com, outlook.com, hotmail.com, qq.com, 163.com, gmx.de, and alice.it. For other domains, the system uses DNS and syntax results to make the best determination — unresolvable cases are marked as Uncertain (no charge).
Results fall into five categories: Valid, Invalid, Uncertain, Risky, and Pending. Risky results include detailed risk tags such as Disposable (temporary email), Gibberish (randomly generated address), SpamTrap, and PublicMailbox.
No. Uncertain results are not charged. For addresses that cannot be conclusively verified, the corresponding fee is automatically refunded to your account balance after the task completes. You only pay for addresses with a definitive result.
There are two ways to get started: upload your email list (Excel format) via the uSpeedo Console for bulk batch processing, or call the BatchVerifyEmail API programmatically for real-time single-address verification in your application.
The BatchVerifyEmail API currently supports 1 email address per call for real-time verification, with a rate limit of 5 QPS. For large-scale batch validation, we recommend uploading an Excel file via the Console for faster, more efficient processing.
