UCLOUD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (HK) LIMITED ("We", "Our", "Us" or "uSpeedo"), is a global provider of cloud communications. For our business and residential customers, we offer a complete and fully-configured unified communications solution for the delivery of end-to-end communications via text and collaboration tools. We provide our communications services in programmable modules delivered via APIs and SDKs, enabling our customers to incorporate these services into their own applications to serve their own customers.
This Privacy Policy applies to our customers, prospective customers, our customers’ customers (both direct and indirect), and visitors to our company websites, including but not limited to uspeedo.com. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not access or use our services or interact with any other aspect of our business. Note: if you’re a user of an application that is integrated or built using uSpeedo’s products and services, that application’s privacy policy will describe how it collects, uses, stores, and shares your data. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or actions of our customers.

What personal data do we process?
When you use our website, sign up for a uSpeedo event, or request information about uSpeedo or our products, when you contact our Sales Team or Customer Support Team, we may collect the following personal data:

When you register on our website or sign up for our web or e-mail services: your name, address, ZIP code, city, country, telephone number and e-mail address, job title and company name.

uSpeedo attaches great importance to the security and integrity of its platform. Our IT department is active 24/7 to monitor security and uSpeedo meets the requirements for appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a risk-appropriate level of security. uSpeedo has implemented administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to help protect the personal data that we transmit and maintain. However, no system or service can provide a 100% guarantee of security, especially a service that relies upon the public internet. Therefore, you acknowledge the risk that third parties may gain unauthorized access to your information. Keep your account password secret and please let us know immediately if you think your password was compromised. Remember, you are responsible for any activity under your account using your account password or other credentials. All data is processed and stored in our own data center. uSpeedo is not responsible for the processing of personal data when you visit uSpeedo company pages on social media websites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. or use other content that is not on our website or domain.
