Validation Billing & Credits
Email Validation uses a prepaid credits system. You purchase a validation package upfront, and each email verified consumes one credit. New accounts receive a one-time free credit allowance to get started.
Free Credits
Each new account receives 100 free Email Validation credits, valid for 30 days from registration. Free credits are non-renewable and cannot be transferred.
Purchasing Packages
When your free credits are used up or expired, purchase a validation package. Credits from multiple packages stack and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

"Uncertain" Result — No Charge
If our system returns an Uncertain status for an email (meaning it could not definitively verify whether the address exists), that email is not charged. The corresponding credit is automatically refunded to your credits balance after the validation task completes.
Fallback Billing
If all your credits (free credits and all purchased packages) are exhausted, further validations draw from your account wallet balance at $0.0038 per credit. If your wallet balance is also insufficient to cover the submitted emails, the task will not start — top up your wallet or purchase a package before retrying.

Credit Consumption Order
Credits are consumed in the following priority to minimize waste from expiring credits:
- Free credits that are soonest to expire
- Purchased package credits that are soonest to expire
- When credits from different types expire on the same day, free credits are consumed first
Important Notes
- Shared credits: API and console validation draw from the same Email Validation credits pool.
- Pre-task credit check: Before a task is created, the system verifies that your available credits cover the full number of emails submitted.
- No partial tasks: If credits are insufficient, the task will not be created. Purchase a package and retry.
- Manage credits: View your credit balance, purchase packages, and review usage history on the Email Validation console page.
