At uSpeedo, we want to ensure our email validation services are both transparent and flexible. This guide explains how billing works for email validation, the difference between purchasing credit packages and using your account balance, and our "No-Charge" policy for uncertain results.

Billing Options

You can choose between two flexible ways to pay for your email validation tasks: Validation Credit Packages or Direct Balance Deduction.

Purchasing a credit package is the most cost-effective way to validate emails. The more credits you buy in a single transaction, the lower the price per email.

When you select a package, the system automatically calculates the total price based on the tier your quantity falls into. Once purchased, these credits are added to your Wallet for future use.

2. Direct Balance Deduction

If you prefer not to commit to a specific package, you can pay as you go using your existing account balance.

  • Rate: $0.50 per 100 validation credits (Estimated Price per Email: $0.005)
  • How it works: The system will automatically deduct the required amount from your balance when you start a validation task.

The "Uncertain" Result Guarantee

We believe you should only pay for results you can act on. If our system returns a status of Uncertain (meaning we could not definitively verify the status of the email), you will not be charged for that specific email.

  • How it works: The credit for any "Uncertain" result will be automatically returned to your Wallet (Validation Credits) soon after the validation task is finished.

Important Considerations

  • Insufficient Funds: If the number of emails in your uploaded list exceeds your remaining credits or account balance, the validation process will not start. You will be prompted to purchase a package or top up your balance first.
  • Credit Expiration: 1 year after purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I combine Credits and Balance?

A: The system prioritizes Validation Credits in your wallet first. If those are exhausted, it will look to your account balance to cover the remaining cost.

Q: How long does it take for "Uncertain" refunds to appear?

A: Refunds for Uncertain results are processed automatically and usually appear in your wallet as soon as the program processed by system.

Q: Do I get a refund for "Invalid" emails?

A: No. An "Invalid" result is a definitive result that helps you clean your list and protect your sender reputation; therefore, it is a billable validation.
