Validation Billing & Credits

At uSpeedo, we want to ensure our email validation services are both transparent and flexible. This guide explains how billing works for email validation and our "No-Charge" policy for uncertain results.

How Billing Works

Validation is billed directly from your account balance based on the number of emails validated each month. No upfront purchase is required — the cost is automatically deducted at the tiered rate corresponding to your cumulative monthly usage.

These rates apply whether you validate emails via the console or through the BatchVerifyEmail API.

Monthly Validated EmailsPrice per 100 EmailsEstimated Price per Email
0 - 50,000$0.38$0.0038
50,001 - 100,000$0.34$0.0034
100,001 - 250,000$0.30$0.0030
250,001 - 500,000$0.25$0.0025
500,001 - 1,000,000$0.20$0.0020
1,000,001 - 2,000,000$0.15$0.0015
2,000,001 +$0.10$0.0010

Monthly rollover: Tiers are evaluated monthly and carry over from the previous month. For example, if your usage last month reached 200,000 emails, this month starts in the $0.30 / 100 emails tier — the first 250,000 emails this month are billed at that rate, then tiered pricing continues upward from there.

The "Uncertain" Result Guarantee

We believe you should only pay for results you can act on. If our system returns a status of Uncertain (meaning we could not definitively verify the status of the email), you will not be charged for that specific email.

  • How it works: The charge for any "Uncertain" result will be automatically refunded to your account balance soon after the validation task is finished.

Important Considerations

  • Insufficient Funds: If your account balance is insufficient to cover the estimated cost of your validation task, the process will not start. You will be prompted to top up your balance first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does it take for "Uncertain" refunds to appear?

A: Refunds for Uncertain results are processed automatically and usually appear in your account balance as soon as the task is processed by the system.

Q: Do I get a refund for "Invalid" emails?

A: No. An "Invalid" result is a definitive result that helps you clean your list and protect your sender reputation; therefore, it is a billable validation.
