Managing your budget and tracking expenses is a vital part of scaling your communications. The Payment History section in uSpeedo provides a comprehensive, transparent ledger of all your transactions. We ensure you have a clear paper trail for every cent spent on Email and SMS.

Understanding the Log Details

Each entry in your history includes the following information:

  • Invoice No.: The unique serial number for the payment.
  • Service Type: Indicates the payment type.
  • Create Time: When the transaction occurred (displayed in your local system timezone ).
  • Expense: The total cost deducted from your balance.
  • Status: Shows whether the payment was Successful or Failed .

Troubleshooting Failed Payments

If a transaction status shows as Failed , it is usually due to an issue with the linked payment method. Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient Funds: Your credit card or linked bank account does not have enough balance to cover the charge.
  • Expired Card: The credit card on file has passed its expiration date.
  • Bank Refusal: Your financial institution may have flagged the transaction for security reasons.
  • Network Timeout: A temporary glitch during the communication between uSpeedo and the payment gateway. Note: If a payment fails, uSpeedo may temporarily pause outgoing messages until a valid payment method is charged to ensure your service remains uninterrupted.

Why does the time on my invoice look different from my colleague's?

Payment History timestamps are based on your specific computer/system timezone settings. If you are in a different region than a teammate, the displayed times will reflect your respective locations.

Can I filter my history by date?

Yes, you can use the date picker at the top of the Payment History page to view records for a specific day or custom date range.
