Check and Edit Emails

Campaign list

Managing your email campaigns effectively is the key to a successful outreach strategy. In uSpeedo, the Campaign List serves as your central command center. Whether you need to check the performance of a completed send, jump back into a draft, or duplicate a high-performing email for a new audience, you can handle it all from one intuitive interface.

Understanding the Campaign List

The Send Email page displays a comprehensive list of your campaigns. Each entry provides a snapshot of your progress:

  • Campaign Name: The internal title you gave your project.
  • Status:
    • Draft: Campaigns currently in progress and not yet sent.
    • Sending: Emails are currently being processed and delivered.
    • Scheduled: Campaigns set to go out at a future date and time.
    • Completed: Successfully finished campaigns.
  • Statistics: A high-level view of your delivery data (e.g., delivery rates) to help you gauge performance at a glance.

How It Works: Managing Your Campaigns

  1. Viewing and Editing Your actions depend on the current status of the campaign:
  • For Drafts: Clicking on the Campaign Name will take you directly back into the editor so you can pick up right where you left off.
  • For Completed Campaigns: Clicking the name opens the Campaign Details view. Here, you can dive deep into performance metrics.
  • Filtering: Use the Filter tool at the top of the list to quickly find specific campaigns by status, date, or name.
  1. Using the "More" Menu On the far right of each campaign row, you will find the More (... icon). Clicking this provides additional management options:
  • Duplicate: Create an exact copy of a campaign. This is perfect for reusing successful layouts or A/B testing similar content.
  • Edit: Modify the settings or content (available for Drafts and Scheduled campaigns).
  • Delete: Remove a campaign from your list. Note: This action is permanent.

FAQs

Can I edit a campaign while it is "Scheduled"?

No. Once a campaign has moved to the "Scheduled" status, the content is locked to ensure data integrity. You can, however, duplicate it, and send a new version.

What happens if I delete a "Completed" campaign?

Deleting a campaign will remove it from your list. (Assumption: This will also remove the associated detailed reports, so ensure you have exported any necessary data before deleting).

How often do the Statistics update?

Statistics are updated in near real-time. For "Completed" campaigns, it is often best to wait 24–48 hours for the most accurate open and click-through data.
